
Sadiq Awan graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2025, where he completed a master's degree in Private Law Practice. He wrote his thesis on the liability and insurance aspects of autonomous vehicles, a subject that combines technology and law. In the same year, Sadiq participated in the annual pitch event of the Amsterdam Law Hub, where he came up with his own legal start-up. His idea earned him the ‘High potential winner’ award.
During his master's program, Sadiq spent three months as a student intern at Corten de Geer Advocaten. In 2025, he returned to the firm, this time as a trainee lawyer. Sadiq is active in private law and deals with a wide range of civil law issues.
His working style is characterized by a structured approach and great decisiveness: he throws himself fully into his cases to uncover every detail and advise and assist clients as effectively as possible.
In his spare time, Sadiq enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also tries to exercise regularly to stay sharp and balanced.
