
Noa Visser graduated from Utrecht University in 2021, where she completed a master's degree in constitutional and administrative law. Her thesis focused on the influence of populism on consensus democracy, a hot topic in constitutional law. She was able to pursue her interest in administrative law in a part-time job at Normec Certification, a certification company in the field of quality, environment, and safety.
Noa enjoys working with constitutional and administrative law, not only in terms of content but also at the administrative level. From 2019 to 2020, she was chair of Politeia, the Utrecht study association for her study program. In 2021, she also served as chair of the Utrecht faction in the national competition “het Studentenparlement” (the Student Parliament).
Prior to this, she worked at Erasmus University in Rotterdam as a working group lecturer for various first-year courses. In 2020, Noa did an internship at Corten De Geer Advocaten. She has been working as a lawyer at our firm since 2022.
Noa is a goal-oriented lawyer who looks at the story behind the dispute. She is an analytical thinker and approaches problems from different angles. Noa is an autonomous person who always tries to pursue goals that are important and valuable to her.
In her spare time, she likes to immerse herself in politics and regularly attends concerts.
